屋塵螨過敏原

背景簡介：

支氣管哮喘（bronchial asthma，簡稱哮喘）是一種以嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞、肥大細(xì)胞反應(yīng)為主的氣道變應(yīng)性炎癥和氣道反應(yīng)性為特征的疾病。由于哮喘的發(fā)病機(jī)制復(fù)雜，病因與發(fā)病機(jī)理尚不明了，臨床實驗受倫理及方法限制，因此需要通過構(gòu)建哮喘動物模型來研究疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展以及制定相應(yīng)治療措施。塵螨是常見的空氣過敏原，85%的哮喘患者對塵螨過敏。屋塵螨是一種免疫復(fù)合物，能夠激活先天免疫和后天免疫應(yīng)答。研究表明，HDM中的蛋白酶，如胰蛋白酶樣酶，催過敏有促進(jìn)作用，從而導(dǎo)致過敏幾天對塵螨的過敏反應(yīng)。
利用塵螨誘發(fā)動物建立哮喘模型，方法簡便，操作性強(qiáng)，且成功率高。

美國Greer 公司專注于過敏原檢測，提供各種動物、植物及食品、真菌等各種過敏原提取物。塵螨過敏原提取物，廣泛應(yīng)用于哮喘模型的制備。

產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用：

1.該產(chǎn)品為凍干粉,一般推薦客戶參照COA中的蛋白濃度做稀釋，客戶收到貨后用去離子水或蒸餾水稀釋至相應(yīng)工作濃度或儲液濃度。比如：2.5ml包裝的，加入2.5ml水，因為每個批次的蛋白含量有差異，可根據(jù)質(zhì)檢報告，計算終濃度?？蛻粢部梢罁?jù)自身實驗要求，稀釋到任意濃度。

2.過敏原稀釋后，如果一次用不完，推薦分裝后-20℃保存（可分裝成使用濃度后保存）。可凍融一次，解凍后，在一周內(nèi)用完。

3.凍干粉過敏原效期為10年。

4.常見的兩個比較相似的產(chǎn)品：B82 和B84，B82 和B84，均只代表D.pteronyssinus，不是實際訂貨貨號，D.pteronyssinus產(chǎn)品分粗制品和凍干粉，實貨都是凍干粉。凍干粉是粗品進(jìn)一步純化后的產(chǎn)品。B82和B84在粗品階段，只在純度上有細(xì)微差別,貨號分別為：RMB82M 和RMB84M。凍干粉的D.pteronyssinus只有XPB82D3A2.5這一個貨號（是由粗品RMB82M純化后獲得。）
